Account information is retained while an account remains active and for up to 24 months after account closure.
Job, dispatch, transport, and operational records are retained for up to 7 years.
Device and system logs are retained for up to 12 months.

When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Users may request deletion of their account and personal information at any time.
